Orders & Delivery
Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you. Our standard postage charges apply to all orders made where items are to be delivered to addresses in the UK mainland. For deliveries outside this region, please contact us.
Deliveries are despatched within 1-3 working days. If for any unforeseen reason there is a delay or we are out of a stock item we will then contact you.
Deliveries are not made during the weekends or Bank Holidays.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or telephone with the options of waiting until we can supply the original goods, or receiving a suitable substitution.
Certain deliveries are made by a national courier service that will require a signature for acceptance of the goods – please let us know of alternative arrangements if you are unable to receive the order.
Payments & Taxes
We accept VISA, MasterCard, VISA Electron ( UK issued), VISA Delta ( UK issued), Maestro (UK Issued) and Solo. All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£).
Online payments are handled using industry standard 128-bit encryption and are therefore highly secure.
Refunds on purchases will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account.
All prices on this website are quoted in pounds Sterling (£) and, where appropriate, are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Refunds & Returns
If goods arrive damaged please advise us within three working days by telephone, email or letter to arrange return and refund of the items. No returned goods will be accepted unless authorised by us in advance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by telephone, email or letter within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and with their original packaging.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund on Lampe Berger unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you or where otherwise required by law.
Please note, you are responsible for postal charges for the return of the goods. La Provence is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit. In order to prevent lost packages, we strongly recommend that you choose a delivery service with insurance, delivery confirmation and/or a tracking facility.
Reimbursement will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card account within 14 days after we are in receipt of the products.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update this policy. Your order constitutes an agreement to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates to this policy.
